OUR VOLUNTEERS 

It is very common for new church volunteers to immediately feel that they have made a ‘big mistake’ by volunteering. They begin to doubt themselves, worry about their past, and realize that they know nothing about the role for which they volunteered.

Our objective in volunteer training is to make sure the volunteer has the information necessary to become successful.  

 

Training helps new volunteers gain information and builds not only self-confidence but also confidence in the church because of its investment in the members and its eagerness to see everyone succeed.
